Well I am not on a strictly juice diet. I will make a green juice to have with my dinner - great for hydration and vitamins. It would be a great weight loss program. I am pretty skinny, but that is because of not eating enough or regularly. Nothing seems to stop my pain, so I get disinterested in anything and everything, and food is certainly one of those things.
