"I am bigger than I seem."

This affirmation is given by the Polaris Rising Digest to combat any victimhood behavior or other martyr behavior which does create a vacumm into which energy can flow. This way, by saying "I am bigger than I seem," we can instantly stop the getting smaller and instead begin to expand. We can then project our own energy which will then be mirrored and magnified. I am looking very forward to trying this exercise.
